Yes — as a customer, RezforYou is completely free. There is no membership fee and no transaction charge for searching, comparing businesses or booking an appointment.

You pay for the service directly to the business you booked, not to RezforYou. No prepayment or card details are asked for on the platform; you pay after the service, by whatever method the business uses (cash, card and so on).

Only businesses approved by RezforYou, offering quality service, appear on the platform. Businesses that draw complaints or fall below the standard are reviewed and removed. That keeps the chance of an unpleasant surprise before your appointment to a minimum.

Yes — on RezforYou only customers who actually received the service can leave a review. Fake or solicited ratings have no place on the platform, so you can decide based on real customer experience.

Once you have picked the service you need and a business that suits you, you can book in a few clicks. No need to call or ask whether they are free — you see the available times straight away and choose one.

Yes — you can cancel free of charge and book again up to 6 hours before your appointment time. Cancel at the last minute (less than 6 hours before) twice in a row and your account is suspended: one month the first time, three months if it happens again, and removal from the system for a year on the third occasion.

RezforYou covers beauty and care services — hairdressers, barbers, beauty salons, skincare, hair removal, brows and lashes, nails, spa and massage — as well as health and fitness services such as gyms, yoga, pilates and personal training. Whatever you are looking for, you can compare the businesses that fit it, with their prices and reviews.

You do not need an account to search the platform or browse businesses. You do need one, with your basic contact details, when you book an appointment. Those details are used so the business can confirm your booking.

Yes — RezforYou uses the information you share only to run the appointment process, and does not pass it to third parties for marketing. Your data is stored and protected in line with the applicable regulations.

If you have a problem with an appointment or a service, you can contact the RezforYou support team. Your complaint is reviewed and, where necessary, action is taken regarding the business — which helps keep the quality of service on the platform up.
